Superfast, Superfast, I Come In Last...

Hey, all:

This is just a little wedge of a note to let you know that I think I’m gonna try writing shorter things for the rest of the month.

I could feel the dam waters rising, the pressure building behind my head, over the last few weeks: shit I should write about the election, shit I’ve got to do a follow-up about Yakuza and Animal Well, crap why aren’t I writing about comics more…

I guess I have to write this before I write anything else. That’s so dumb, isn’t it? And yet I guess that’s how it works for me. I have to tell you what I’m not writing before I can start writing.

(And then I don’t write that, either.)

But! I think doing this will open that up a bit, give me a bit more breathing room. And the weekend is right around the corner. So.
